In September, the occupiers used about 3,500 of these drones \u2013 ten times more than in June.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrinform.ua\/rubric-ato\/4171819-armia-rf-u-veresni-zastosuvala-majze-3500-reaktivnih-droniv-proti-ukraini-ignat.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was announced by<\/a> Yuriy Ignat, spokesman for the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, during a telethon.<\/p>\n<p> According to him, in June, Russian troops used about <strong>350 jet drones<\/strong> , in July \u2013 <strong>1,500<\/strong> , in August \u2013 about <strong>2,800<\/strong> , and in September \u2013 about <strong>3,500<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p> \u201cStatistics show that the Russians are increasing: in June \u2013 350 jets, July \u2013 1,500, August \u2013 2,800 jets, and September \u2013 3,500 jet UAVs,\u201d Ignat noted.<\/p>\n<p> Thus, in just three months, the number of such drones in Russian attacks has increased approximately tenfold.<\/p>\n<p> However, in October, the intensity of their use decreased somewhat. According to the spokesman, Russia can launch about <strong>50 jet UAVs per night<\/strong> and about <strong>30 more during the day<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p> Ignat emphasized that such drones are more difficult to intercept than conventional strike drones. In terms of speed and characteristics, they are closer to cruise missiles, so the means that work effectively against conventional Shaheds may be less effective.<\/p>\n<p> To counter jet UAVs, Ukraine needs new air defense systems and technological solutions.<\/p>\n<p> \u201cInnovative solutions from our military-industrial complex, our military leadership, and political leadership, in conjunction with our partners, will help us solve this problem,\u201d Ignat said.<\/p>\n<p> As a reminder, on September 23, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/rosiia-u-visim-raziv-narostyla-ataky-reaktyvnymy-dronamy-ihnat-nazvav-tsyfry\">Ignat reported that Russia had increased the use of jet drones eightfold compared to June<\/a> .
