Ukraine is ready to explore solutions to achieve peace and is working with international partners on five different ceasefire formats.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was stated by the spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Heorhiy Tykhyi, during a briefing.<\/p>\n

According to him, this refers to the developments previously mentioned by Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha. The Foreign Ministry considers the proposed formats realistic and mutually beneficial.<\/p>\n

The first<\/strong> pillar is a complete and unconditional ceasefire. Ukraine agreed to a general ceasefire in March 2025. This agreement remains in force and awaits a reciprocal agreement from Russia.<\/p>\n

The second<\/strong> is the Black Sea format, which includes proposals for maritime safety in the Black Sea. Ukraine is working on these proposals jointly with Turkey and Egypt.<\/p>\n

The third<\/strong> area is food security in the Black Sea. This involves preserving and protecting food exports with the active participation of India.<\/p>\n

The fourth<\/strong> is the energy track through India, which envisions a ceasefire and a ceasefire on energy infrastructure. According to Tikhyi, the Indian side is actively working on this issue.<\/p>\n

The fifth<\/strong> pillar is the American initiative for an energy ceasefire. This format envisions an end to energy strikes involving the United States. It was discussed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and US President Donald Trump.<\/p>\n

“It takes two to tango, so the Russian side’s agreement to these modalities is needed. We believe these proposals are mutually beneficial and realistic,” Tikhiy emphasized.<\/p>\n

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also called on society to critically evaluate statements about the peace process and not succumb to manipulation.<\/p>\n

“I think this is simply cynicism and exploitation of people’s fatigue for cynical political gains. Attempts to shift blame for the ongoing war with Moscow to Kyiv are manipulation,” the Foreign Ministry spokesman noted.<\/p>\n
