These are requests that the regulator sent from 2024 to August 17, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/bankovamail\/47808\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">was reported by<\/a> the Bankova Mail Telegram channel with reference to data published by People&#8217;s Deputy Olga Vasilevska-Smaglyuk.<\/p>\n<p> According to her information, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission sent notifications to the State Financial Monitoring Service regarding suspicious transactions in capital markets and organized commodity markets.<\/p>\n<p> The total amount of transactions reported by the regulator to the State Financial Monitoring Service exceeds UAH 222 billion. At the same time, the NSSMC claims that they have not received feedback on any of the 85 requests.<\/p>\n<p> Due to the lack of answers, the Chairman of the National Securities and Markets Commission, Oleksiy Semenyuk, appealed to the Finance Committee of the Verkhovna Rada.<\/p>\n<p> As Bankova Mail notes, complaints about the work of the State Financial Monitoring Service headed by Philip Pronin also previously arose in the parliamentary temporary investigative commission.<\/p>\n<p> As a reminder, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/derzhfinmonitorynh-prostrochyv-zvit-dlia-ukraine-facility-ukraina-mozhe-vtratyty-67-mln-ievro\/\">the Government Council on Prevention and Counteraction to Money Laundering pointed out that the State Financial Monitoring Service failed to meet<\/a> the deadlines for preparing the report on the results of the fourth National Risk Assessment (NRA).
