In his address, he also called on Ukraine to engage in direct dialogue with Russia and Belarus.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Dmytruk wrote about this in his Telegram channel.<\/p>\n<p> Dmytruk called Putin &#8220;the leader of the country on which the life of Ukraine depends&#8221; and wished him &#8220;wisdom and responsibility&#8221; when making decisions, in particular regarding Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p> The MP separately mentioned the &#8220;complex common history, cultural and spiritual ties&#8221; between Ukraine and Russia. According to him, the two countries should &#8220;always live together&#8221; and overcome challenges together.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Therefore, on this day I want to wish the President of the Russian Federation endurance and responsibility. Because today it is especially important to make decisions that can bring peace closer and save human lives. Happy birthday, Volodymyr Volodymyrovych,&#8221; Dmytruk wrote.<\/p>\n<p> In his other posts, he also advocated negotiations with Moscow and Minsk. Dmytruk stated that peace in Ukraine was only possible if Kyiv, Moscow, and Minsk were united.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;We need to stop kneeling before the West. We need to get up and go talk to our own people \u2014 to Minsk and Moscow. The only right solution is an open direct dialogue,&#8221; the people&#8217;s deputy wrote.<\/p>\n<p> Dmytruk left Ukraine in August 2024. The State Bureau of Investigation announced that he had illegally crossed the state border.
