At the same time, the country&#8217;s authorities have introduced additional conditions for Ukrainians subject to military service who will arrive in Germany from October 9, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recht.bund.de\/bgbl\/1\/2026\/288\/VO.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">is stated<\/a> in the amendments to the regulation on the stay of Ukrainian citizens, which were published in the Federal Gazette of Germany.<\/p>\n<p> According to the document, the German authorities extended the relevant provisions from December 4, 2026 to December 4, 2027. The end date of temporary protection was also moved from March 4, 2027 to March 4, 2028.<\/p>\n<p> For Ukrainians who already have a residence permit under \u00a724, protection will be extended automatically.
