In recent weeks, Russia has intensified attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. Energy equipment and high-voltage networks that transmit electricity between regions are under attack.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by the press center of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The agency noted that due to damage, the power system temporarily lost some of its ability to transmit electricity to consumers.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, Russian shelling is complicating repair work. Power companies are beginning to repair damaged equipment as soon as the security situation allows, in order to restore power to consumers as quickly as possible. <\/p>\n
