This included problems with taxis, navigation, and access to payment and banking services.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/astrapress\/127780\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">ASTRA<\/a> reports this.<\/p>\n<p> Users are unable to call taxis in a number of Russian cities, including Perm, Krasnoyarsk, Vladivostok, Ulan-Ude, Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, and Moscow.<\/p>\n<p> Problems are also being reported in Serbia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Armenia. Drivers are unable to access apps or are experiencing navigation issues, while passengers are being told there are no available cars.<\/p>\n<p> In Rostov-on-Don, users are complaining about service disruptions even in local taxi services. Some passengers are forced to flag down cars on the road or find ridesharing.<\/p>\n<p> According to one driver, the app doesn&#8217;t work, customer support is unavailable, and some drivers can only accept cash payments.<\/p>\n<p> The publication &#8220;Ostorozhno Novosti&#8221; also reports problems with Yandex O, an app for taxi drivers and couriers. The company&#8217;s customer support staff also encountered problems.<\/p>\n<p> ASTRA users also report problems with the Fix Price and Magnit retail chain apps.<\/p>\n<p> In addition, due to a Yandex Pay outage, some users lost access to banking services and are unable to use their own funds.<\/p>\n<p> Yandex stated that it continues to assess the state of its infrastructure.
