On October 13 and the night of October 14, the Ukrainian Defense Forces launched strikes on Russian military facilities in the Donetsk region. Among the targets hit were the storage and launch sites for strike drones and the occupiers’ warehouses.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

According to the military, a facility where Russian units stored, prepared for use, and launched strike UAVs was hit in the area of temporarily occupied Donetsk.<\/p>\n

The General Staff explained that strikes on such targets are intended to weaken the ability of Russian troops to attack Ukrainian civilian infrastructure.<\/p>\n

“The systematic destruction of such facilities is aimed at reducing the Russian aggressor’s ability to damage civilian infrastructure on the territory of Ukraine,” the report says.<\/p>\n

In addition, the Defense Forces struck the logistics depots of Russian units<\/strong> in the Popova Balka and Hirnyk areas of Donetsk region.<\/p>\n

Information about the extent of damage and enemy losses is not yet specified.<\/p>\n
