If a business fails to comply with this requirement, it will not be able to continue operating during a yellow air alert.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.me.gov.ua\/News\/Detail\/8c4853cc-dea0-4bec-bf71-9c389bfb4d7c?lang=uk-UA&amp;title=ZHovtiiRivenZagrozi-DliaRobotiVZvichnomuRezhimiPidprimstvaMaiutDo4-GrudniaOblashtuvatiUkrittia\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was reported<\/a> by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The new rules are provided for by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1092, which entered into force on September 4, 2026. The document regulates the work of enterprises during air alerts with a yellow threat level.<\/p>\n<h2>What shelters should businesses install?<\/h2>\n<p>The Ministry of Economy emphasized that the new requirements do not oblige each enterprise to build a separate bomb shelter. Businesses can choose one of the provided protection options:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>a civil defense structure;<br \/>\npermanent or temporary shelter;<\/li>\n<li>dual-purpose building;<\/li>\n<li>a safe space arranged directly in the building.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The latter option allows small and medium-sized businesses to adapt existing premises to protect people without building a full-fledged protective structure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>At the same time, any chosen option must comply with current legal requirements regarding human safety.<\/p>\n<p>It was previously reported that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/yes-vydilyt-ukraini-10-mln-ievro-na-mobilni-ukryttia-de-ikh-vstanovliat\/\">Ukraine is hoping for international support to install 840 mobile shelters in six frontline regions.<\/a> The protective structures are to appear on the routes that schoolchildren take to get to educational institutions.<\/p>\n<p>Also follow <strong>\u201cPryamim\u201d<\/strong> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Facebook<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/prm_ua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">X<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/+rtV4dxYu2_cyNjVi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Telegram<\/a> , and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Instagram.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ukrainian businesses must provide employees and visitors with access to shelters or safe spaces by December 4, 2026.
