On October 14 and the night of October 15, the Ukrainian military attacked a number of Russian military facilities. In particular, the location of the Rubicon UAV unit’s personnel concentration in the Zaporizhia region and the site from which the occupiers launch attack drones in the Donetsk region were hit.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the military, in the Novokostyantynivka area of Zaporizhia region, the Defense Forces struck a concentration site of Russian drone operators from the Rubicon unit.

Ukrainian defenders also attacked a facility near Donetsk where Russians stored, prepared, and launched attack drones. Explosions and Russian air defenses were reported in the city. The military is currently assessing the extent of the damage.

In addition, the General Staff confirmed the results of the previous attack on the occupiers’ facilities in Crimea. In particular, on October 13, the Ukrainian military damaged four drone storage facilities in the Hvardiyske area. After the strikes, signs of secondary detonation were recorded.

The General Staff explained that strikes on the storage and launch sites of Russian drones should reduce the enemy’s ability to attack Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure.

Defense forces continue to strike at Russian military facilities.

As a reminder, it was previously reported about a large-scale fire at the Borisoglebsk airfield after a missile attack. At that time, there was no information about the number of aircraft destroyed.
