Over the past 24 hours, October 18, the Ukrainian Defense Forces neutralized 2,100 Russian military personnel, over 1,600 drones, and dozens of pieces of equipment. There were 204 combat clashes on the front, most of them in the Pokrov direction.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

According to the military, during the day Russia carried out one missile and 82 air strikes, dropping 273 guided bombs. The occupiers used 9,154 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,050 attacks on Ukrainian positions and settlements.<\/p>\n

30 attacks were recorded in the Pokrovsky direction<\/strong> . Russian troops tried to advance near Matyashevo, Molodetsky and towards Toretskoye, Vilny, Novy Donbas, Svitly, Dobropillya, Myrny, Sergiyevka and Filia.<\/p>\n

There were 21 combat clashes in the Kostyantynivka direction<\/strong> . The enemy was advancing in the Kostyantynivka area and in the direction of Rozkishne, Mykolaipyl’ and Novohrygorivka.<\/p>\n

In the Kupyansk direction,<\/strong> Ukrainian defenders repelled 11 attacks towards Kupyansk and Radkivka. In the Hulyaipil direction,<\/strong> the invaders tried to break through the defense nine times, and in the Lymansk direction<\/strong> – six times.<\/p>\n

The intensity of fighting was lower on other sections of the front. No assaults were recorded on the Kramatorsk and Prydniprovsk directions.<\/p>\n

Over the past 24 hours, the Russian army also lost four armored combat vehicles, 24 artillery systems, three air defense systems, six ground robotic complexes, 1,636 drones, 332 units of automobiles, and three units of special equipment.<\/p>\n

Total Russian personnel losses since the start of the full-scale invasion, according to the General Staff, reached 1,567,160 people<\/strong> . <\/p>\n
