Russian occupation forces attacked Kyiv with strike drones on the morning of October 21. As a result of the attack, drones were recorded falling onto parked cars and an open area, as well as hitting a 24-story residential building. A fire broke out in the high-rise building.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was announced by Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko.<\/p>\n

In the Desnyanskyi district, debris from a drone fell on parked cars. In the Solomyanskyi district, a UAV was recorded falling in an open area. According to preliminary data, there was no fire there.<\/p>\n

The most serious consequences were recorded in the Svyatoshynskyi district. There, a Russian drone hit a 24-story residential building at the 20th floor level. A fire broke out after the impact.<\/p>\n

“Emergency services are heading to the scene,” Klitschko said regarding the aftermath of the attack. <\/p>\n

Later, it became known about the deceased and the injured.<\/p>\n

“Unfortunately, one person has died as a result of a strike on a residential building in the Svyatoshyn district. We express our condolences to his family and loved ones,” the KMVA wrote.<\/p>\n

In addition, another person was injured. She is receiving necessary medical care. <\/p>\n
