As a result of the shelling, the plant stopped generating electricity and its equipment suffered significant damage.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/dtek_ua\/4676\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">was reported<\/a> by DTEK.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Russia massively shelled one of DTEK&#8217;s thermal power plants. The plant stopped generating electricity. The equipment was significantly damaged,&#8221; the company said in a post.<\/p>\n<p> DTEK also recalled that Russian forces are systematically attacking Ukrainian energy infrastructure. Since the start of the full-scale invasion of the thermal power plant, the company has suffered over 230 attacks.<\/p>\n<p> There is currently no information on the amount of damaged equipment, the extent of the destruction, and the timing of the plant&#8217;s restoration.
