It will be cooler in the western and eastern regions \u2014 +4\u00b0\u2026+9\u00b0. During the day, the thermometer will show +12\u00b0\u2026+17\u00b0, and in the south \u2014 up to +20\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Weather in Kyiv and the region<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> In Kyiv, rain and southeast wind at a speed of 5\u201310 m\/s are forecast for October 23.
