The agreements provide for the delivery of humanitarian aid and the evacuation of the civilian population.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/dmytro_lubinetzs\/12907\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">was reported<\/a> by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets.<\/p>\n<p> It is noted that the Chief of the Russian General Staff Valery Gerasimov stated that Russian troops should cease fire in the Kherson direction from 04:00 on October 27, 2026. He explained this by the need to conduct a humanitarian operation in the Oleshki area.<\/p>\n<p> According to him, to ensure the safety of people and the delivery of humanitarian aid, they plan to conduct engineering reconnaissance and ensure the safe passage of the convoy to the city.<\/p>\n<p> Dmytro Lubinets confirmed the agreements on the humanitarian mission and the rescue of citizens in Oleshki. According to him, the negotiations between Ukraine and Russia were coordinated by the team of US First Lady Melania Trump.<\/p>\n<p> The Ukrainian delegation was headed by Lubinets, the Russian delegation by Yana Lantratova.<\/p>\n<p> The agreements provide for <strong>3 main areas<\/strong> : a ceasefire in the area of operation, the safe delivery of humanitarian aid, and the evacuation of civilian residents.<\/p>\n<p> The Ombudsman stressed that the operation is complex and will take place gradually.
