According to him, limitations on the size of the Ukrainian army and the neutral status of the state are not up for discussion.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Our security guarantees are our security guarantees, they cannot be dictated by the Russian side. The limitations of our army and the neutrality of Ukraine are not negotiable,&#8221; the president said.<\/p>\n<p> Zelensky called the territorial issue a separate red line. He noted that it can be discussed exclusively at the level of state leaders.<\/p>\n<p> According to the president, the US has been raising the topic of exchanging territories for a long time, using the term land swaps.
