A large-scale regime of silence began in southern Ukraine on October 27 at 03:00, which will last until November 1. The initiative is associated with the efforts of US First Lady Melania Trump to unblock the temporarily occupied Oleshki.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by the head of the Servant of the People parliamentary faction, David Arakhamia, on Telegram<\/a> .<\/p>\n

According to him, the regime of silence covers the largest section of the front in southern Ukraine. Arakhamia called it the largest de-escalation of hostilities since 2022.<\/p>\n

The ceasefire will be in effect until 10:59 p.m. on November 1, Kyiv time.<\/p>\n

Arakhamia also emphasized that each such step towards de-escalation brings the end of the war and the establishment of peace in Ukraine closer.<\/p>\n

It was previously reported that the Ukrainian military delivered humanitarian aid to occupied Oleshki for the second time, handing over almost 4 tons of food, medicine, and baby kits to residents.<\/a> <\/p>\n
