Businesses are planning to be given more time to set up shelters and be allowed to use nearby protective structures.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/Koretskyi_official\/988\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">was announced<\/a> by Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Koretsky.<\/p>\n<p> According to him, a significant number of enterprises have not yet begun to comply with the basic safety requirements introduced two months ago. Therefore, the Cabinet of Ministers has proposed reviewing the current procedure.<\/p>\n<p> In particular, the government proposes three changes:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> <strong>Extend the shelter construction deadline.<\/strong> Businesses will be given additional time to create safe spaces or install mobile shelters.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> <strong>Consider the number of people.<\/strong> Shelter requirements will depend on the number of workers and visitors on site at any one time.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> <strong>Allow the use of nearby shelters.<\/strong> A business does not have to have its own shelter if there is a nearby shelter of sufficient capacity and people know how to get to it.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> Koretsky stressed that extending the deadlines does not mean abolishing security requirements. Detailed explanations should be provided by the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.<\/p>\n<p> By <strong>March 4,<\/strong> military administrations must collect information on the companies&#8217; compliance with the requirements. After that, the government will make further decisions.<\/p>\n<p> Recall that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/v-ukraini-zminyly-pravyla-roboty-biznesu-pid-chas-povitrianoi-tryvohy\">in September, Ukraine changed the rules for business operations during air raids<\/a> .
