On the morning of November 30, residents of Novokuybyshevsk heard explosions and reported air defenses. Around six in the morning, the region officially declared a threat of a drone attack, but by that time it was already underway. <\/p>\n

The Novokuybyshevsk Oil Refinery has been part of the Rosneft group since 2007. Its capacity is about 8.8 million tons of oil per year. <\/p>\n
