139 children died in Russia due to Russian military aggression

Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, 139 children have died and more than 205 have been injured in Ukraine.
This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
“As of the morning of March 27, 2022, 139 children were killed and more than 205 wounded due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. The most affected children were in Kyiv – 65, Kharkiv – 45, Donetsk – 53, Chernihiv – 38, Mykolaiv – 29, Luhansk – 25, Zaporizhia – 19, Kherson – 21, capital – 16, Zhytomyr – 15 and Sumy – 14 oblasts ”, – it is said in the message.
Thus, on March 25, the Russian military fired heavy artillery at the village of Velyka Oleksandrivka, Beryslav district, Kherson region. A 4-year-old child died as a result of the shelling.
The same day two children were injured in the shelling by the occupiers of Melitopol, Zaporizhia region.
Thus the troops of the Russian Federation opened fire on the city of Boyarka in the Kiev area therefore the child was wounded.
The agency said that these data are not final, as it is not possible to inspect the places of shelling in areas of active hostilities and in the temporarily occupied territories.
