Civilians died in Lysychansk and Severodonetsk from the Russian shelling

Due to the shelling of Severodonetsk, Luhansk region, 2 people died, and 2 people were wounded in Lysychansk and Toskiv villages.

This was reported by the head of the Luhansk Region State Administration Serhii Gaiday on his Telegram channel.

Furthermore, Russian occupiers have shelled Rubizne, Kreminne, and Ivanivka. As a result – 18 buildings were destroyed, among them are 9 blocks of flats and 9 detached houses, and infrastructure installations.

On March 31st Ukrainian defenders have repelled an attempt to flank positions in Popasna and Novotoshkin villages.
