Electricity, water supply and heating are non-available in Chernihiv, as a result of the infrastructure damage

In Chernihiv, as a result of the damage to critical infrastructure and active hostilities, electricity, water supply and heating are non-available.

Head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration Viacheslav Chaus notified about this in his Telegram.

According to him, eight fires have been registered, in the oblast for the last twenty-four hours, one of them was caused by shelling of settlements (housing sector) by the Russian army. In general, 386 fires have been extinguished since the war started, from which 257 were caused by shelling. 44 people were rescued, including 10 children.

“As a result of the damage to critical infrastructure and active hostilities, electricity, heating and water supply are non-available, gas supply is carried out in part. Restoration works are carried out if it`s possible” – according to the message.
