President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that 10 export centers for Ukrainian drones are planned to be opened in Europe in 2026. It is also planned to launch the production of Ukrainian drones in Germany in mid-February.
This was reported by the press service of the President’s Office.
The President reported that 450 drone manufacturing companies are currently operating in Ukraine, among which he called 40-50 leading enterprises in the industry.
“Everyone wants to invest. The next year, 2026, will be the year of investments in our technologies. First of all, drones. This is a big industry, a new industry. According to the finances that come into Ukraine during the war, this is the largest industry that exists in Ukraine,” said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
According to the head of state, 10 export centers for Ukrainian drones will operate in Europe in 2026. These are the Baltic and Northern European countries.
Zelensky also announced that the production of Ukrainian drones in Germany is planned to be launched in mid-February.
“Today, Europe’s security is built on technology and drones. There are several different projects. All of this will be based mostly on Ukrainian technology and Ukrainian specialists. We are simply at war, and not all companies yet feel such a space of freedom that they can enter all other markets,” added Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
