13 apartments and an energy business: how the family of Zelenskyy’s advisor lives
The family of Vladyslav Vlasyuk, the Ukrainian president’s advisor on sanctions issues, has attracted media attention due to their large amounts of real estate, business connections, and expensive cars, including three Teslas.
This was reported by Ukrainian journalists who analyzed declarations, registry data, and public sources.
Interest in the Vlasyuk family intensified after a high-profile scandal surrounding the mass receipt of fictitious disabilities in the MSEK system. The advisor’s father, Viktor Vlasyuk, headed the Vinnytsia MSEK for many years, and after retirement he remained there to work as a therapist. During this time, the family accumulated significant assets.
According to journalists, Viktor Vlasyuk declared 13 apartments in Kyiv. One of them is a six-room apartment on Instytutska with an area of 260 square meters, registered for his wife. In this house, the price per square meter reaches about 3 thousand dollars, that is, the apartment can cost up to 780 thousand dollars. The declaration also lists three Tesla electric cars.
The family has a joint energy business with the current head of Vinnytsia MSEK, Yulia Danylenko. Her husband works at Vinnytsiaoblenergo . Journalists suggest that such a connection may raise questions about a conflict of interest.
LLC “Solar Farmers”, where Viktor Vlasyuk and his wife work, is registered in Kyiv at Pushkinska 28/9, apt. 24. Four public organizations associated with Vladyslav Vlasyuk and his twin brother Vitaliy, who holds the position of deputy head of the Khmelnytskyi OVA, are registered in the same office.
Investigators also found out that Vladyslav Vlasyuk’s family has several luxury real estate properties in the center of Kyiv: near Sofia Kyivska, on the corner of Velyka Zhytomyrska and Streletska, near Antonovych and Leo Tolstoy. Separately, journalists mention an estate in Kozyn on several plots near the water, equipped with solar panels.
The presidential advisor himself receives significant income from the Kyiv School of Economics Charitable Foundation and from the supervisory board of the nationalized Sense Bank. In 2024, his fee at the bank exceeded 5.8 million hryvnias.
Investigative journalist Yuriy Nikolov called Vladislav and Vitaliy Vlasyuk “children of the MSEK.” In his opinion, the brothers got their “start in life” thanks to the capital that their father formed while working in the MSEK system. Nikolov emphasized that this is not about help from Zelensky, but about a family resource that existed long before their public careers.
Separately, journalists reported that the company that provides collection services for Sense Bank is registered at the same address as businessman Timur Mindich’s Izumrud company. This raised additional questions about possible overlaps in the activities of companies associated with the Vlasyuk family.
As previously reported, the Security Service and the National Police eliminated three more schemes for evading mobilization and illegal travel abroad by men of draft age.
We remind you that the former head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC) Tetyana Krupa, who was released from pre-trial detention on bail of 20 million hryvnias by the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court (SAC) , has not paid the specified amount within the period prescribed by law.
