On October 3, 159 combat clashes were recorded on the Russian-Ukrainian front. The situation remained most tense in the Pokrovsky direction, where the Defense Forces stopped 56 aggressor assaults.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this in its morning report.
According to military data, over the past 24 hours, the enemy launched three missile strikes and 67 airstrikes, using 41 missiles and 142 guided bombs. The occupiers also carried out 4,433 attacks, 93 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems, and deployed more than 6,000 kamikaze drones.
In response to the air force, missile forces and artillery of the Defence Forces hit six areas of concentration of enemy manpower and equipment, four artillery systems and an enemy command post.
The Russians carried out the most attacks in the Pokrovsk, Novopavlivske, and Yuzhno-Slobozhanske directions. Fighting also continued in the Kupyansk, Limansk, Seversk, Toretsk, Hulyai-Polye, and other sectors of the front. No military clashes were reported in the Kramatorsk direction that day.
