On Monday, December 7, measures to limit light consumption will be implemented in all Ukrainian regions.

This was reported by Ukrenergo.

“The reason for introducing restrictions is the consequences of massive Russian missile and drone attacks on energy facilities,” the company explained.

Hourly outage schedules will be introduced for residential consumers. The scope of the restrictions will range from 2.5 to 4 shifts. They will be in effect from 00:00 to 23:59.

According to DTEK , on average, subscribers in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odessa and the capital regions will be without electricity for almost 14 hours a day. In some places, power outages will last for 17 hours.

At the same time, capacity limitation schedules will also be in effect for industrial consumers throughout the day.

“The time and scope of application of restrictions may change. Follow the information on the official pages of the regional energy authorities in your region,” Ukrenergo warned.
