177 clashes and over 2,000 Russian casualties: what’s happening at the front

Over the past 24 hours, 177 combat clashes took place on the front. The largest number of attacks by Russian troops was carried out in the Pokrovsky and Konstantinovsky directions.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In the Pokrovsky direction, Russian troops launched 24 attacks. They tried to advance in the areas of Bilytsky, Svitly, Vasylivka, Molodetsky and in the direction of Hannivka, Dobropillya and Sergiivka.

23 attacks were recorded in the Kostyantynivka direction . The occupiers advanced in the areas of Kostyantynivka, Novoselivka and in the direction of Osykovye, Mykolaipyl, Raiske, Torske, and Novopavlivka.

In the Lyman direction, the Ukrainian military repelled seven attacks in the areas of Derylovye, Drobyshevye, Zarechnye, and Lyman.

In the South Slobozhansk direction, the Defense Forces repelled six attacks. Russian troops tried to advance near Liman and in the direction of Hoptivka, Ternova, and Zakharivka.

In the Hulyaipil direction, the enemy tried to advance three times, in the Orikhiv direction – twice.

One attack was recorded in the Kupyansk , Sloviansk , Kramatorsk and Oleksandrivsk directions .

In the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, the Defense Forces repelled one enemy assault.

Russian troops did not conduct assault operations in the Dnieper direction .

No signs of enemy offensive formations were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions .

Over the past 24 hours, Russia has carried out one missile and 85 air strikes, dropping 245 guided bombs .

Russian troops also used 9,574 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,335 attacks on Ukrainian military positions and settlements, 39 of them from multiple launch rocket systems.

The Defense Forces’ aviation, missile troops, and artillery struck four UAV control points, four enemy manpower concentration areas, three artillery systems, and another important facility.

Over the past day, the losses of Russian troops amounted to 2,020 people .

The Defense Forces also neutralized:

• 2 tanks;
• 4 armored combat vehicles;
• 47 artillery systems;
• 3 MLRS;
• 2 air defense systems;
• 22 ground robotic complexes;
• 1855 operational-tactical level UAVs;
• 727 units of automotive equipment and tank trucks;
• 5 units of special equipment;
• one heavy flamethrower system.

The total losses of Russian personnel since the start of the full-scale invasion, according to the General Staff, are about 1,542,720 people .
