261 clashes on the front: the General Staff named the hottest areas

Over the past 24 hours, 261 combat clashes were recorded on the front. The fiercest fighting continued in the Pokrovsky direction, where Ukrainian military repelled 42 assaults by Russian occupiers. At the same time, the Defense Forces’ aviation struck areas of concentration of manpower and important enemy facilities.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Yesterday, the enemy launched two missile strikes, used three missiles, carried out 78 air strikes, dropping 267 guided bombs. In addition, it used 9,923 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,085 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops, including 48 from multiple rocket launchers.

Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation has struck six areas of concentration of manpower and two other important objects of the Russian invaders.

In the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions over the past day, the aggressor carried out two airstrikes, dropped eight aerial bombs, and carried out 53 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, including one from a multiple launch rocket system.

In the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our units 11 times in the Figolivka area and towards the settlements of Ternova, Prylipka, Grafske, Kutkivka, and Maly Burluk.

In the Kupyansk direction, there was one enemy attack towards Kupyansk.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy tried to penetrate our defenses 15 times, attacking in the areas of Novomykhailivka, Novoselivka and towards Lyman, Drobyshevy, Stavky, and Ozerny.

In the Slavyansk direction, the enemy stormed 25 times in the areas of the settlements of Kryva Luka, Riznykivka and towards Pyskunivka and Rai-Oleksandrivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, Russian invaders carried out five attacks in the area of Nikiforivka and towards Vasyutynske and Yurkivka.

In the Kostyantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 25 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Kostyantynivka, Illinivka, Rusyn Yar and towards the settlement of Dovha Balka.

In the Pokrovsky direction, our defenders stopped 42 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Sofiivka, Toretske, Shakhove, Nykanorivka, Hryshyne, Vasylivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Filiya and towards the settlements of Vilne, Kucheriv Yar, Nove Shakhove, Bilytske, Novy Donbas, Myrne, Svitle, Shevchenko, Serhiivka.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy carried out four attacks in the Ternovo and Kalynivka areas.

In the Hulyaipil direction, the invaders carried out 13 attacks in the direction of Vozdvizhivka, Dobropillya, Staroukrainka, Gorky, Tsvitkiv, and Charivny.

In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders stopped five enemy attempts to advance in the areas of the settlements of Mala Tokmachka, Mali Shcherbaki, Shcherbaki, and towards Pavlivka.

The enemy did not conduct any offensive operations in the Dnieper direction in the past day.

No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
