56 Ukrainians are out of contact in Nepal after massive flooding.

As of 12:00 PM, 56 Ukrainian citizens remain without communication following massive flooding in Nepal. These include two tourist groups—48 and seven people—as well as one Ukrainian woman traveling with a foreign group.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reported this.
The Foreign Ministry noted that there are currently no Ukrainians among the dead or injured. The search and rescue operation continues.
Ukrainian diplomats have been involved in the search. Consular officers from the Ukrainian Embassy in India are located in Nepal and are coordinating efforts with local authorities, foreign diplomats, tour operators, and representatives of the hotels where the tourists were staying.
The Ukrainian Embassy in China also maintains constant contact with the Chinese authorities.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that the situation is exacerbated by large-scale destruction, limited access to mountainous areas, and the risk of further landslides.
Nepalese authorities have also established a special emergency response team to coordinate search and rescue efforts.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Department of Consular Service, and the Ukrainian embassies in India and China are keeping the case of the disappearance of 56 Ukrainian citizens under special control.
As a reminder, 53 Ukrainian citizens are missing in Nepal following massive flooding on the Tibetan border . Among them are a group of 46 Ukrainian tourists with whom contact was lost on the morning of August 26. There are currently no confirmed reports of Ukrainian casualties or injuries.
As reported later, flash floods in China and Nepal have caused massive human losses. In total, more than 1,300 people are missing, and the confirmed death toll has already exceeded 160.
