72 combat clashes per day: Russian occupiers continue to storm positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Russian occupiers continue their attempts to seize the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry. There have been 72 clashes since the beginning of the day.

This was reported by the press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions , where fighting is currently underway, four assault attempts have been repelled.

In the South Slobozhansk direction, the invaders attacked the SOU positions near Vovchansk and Lyptsi three times.

In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of Ukrainian troops three times in the areas of Golubivka, Stepovaya Novoselivka, and Novaya Kruglyakivka, and one battle is still ongoing.

In the Lyman direction, the invaders attacked 11 times near Hrekivka, Kopanka, Nadiya, Ridkodub, Kolodyaza, Zelenaya Dolyna, and Torske. The SOU successfully stopped eight attempts to advance, and three battles are ongoing.

In the Siversky direction, the enemy tried to advance in the Verkhnyokamyansky area.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of the Defense Forces five times in the direction of Stupochok and Bila Hora.

In the Toretsk direction, the occupation forces have made four attempts to advance in the Toretsk area, Nelipivka, and in the direction of Oleksandro-Kalynovoye, and one clash is currently underway.

In the Pokrovsky direction, since the beginning of the day, the invaders have made 31 attempts to push the SOU from the occupied positions in the areas of the settlements of Poltavka, Myrne, Koptevo, Myrolyubivka, Lysivka, Zvirovo, Udachne, Novoserhiivka, Novomykolaivka, Horikhove and Oleksiivka. The Ukrainian military is holding back the onslaught and has repelled twenty-six attacks, five clashes are still ongoing.

In the Novopavlivske direction, Russian troops have carried out six assault operations near Zaporizhia, Vilne Pole, and Shevchenko. One clash is ongoing.

In the Hulyaipil direction, the enemy tried to advance to the positions of the SOU in the Malynivka area.

In the Orikhiv direction, the invaders made one attempt to advance towards Novoandreyevka. The settlement of Kamianske was hit by an airstrike.

The situation on other fronts did not change significantly.

We remind you that the day before, Russian invaders captured the village of Novomykhaylivka, located in the Kramatorsk district of the Donetsk region. In addition, active fighting continues on the fronts in the Sumy, Luhansk, Donetsk and Kharkiv regions, and the enemy has made some progress in advancing.
