A city military administration was established in Odessa: Zelensky signed a decree

On Wednesday, October 15, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on the establishment of a city military administration in Odessa.
This is stated on the website of the President’s online representation.
In particular, Zelenskyy ordered the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Odessa Regional State Administration to implement measures related to the formation of a military administration in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law”.
The decree entered into force on the date of publication.
At the same time, according to Suspilny , the former head of the Dnipro Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, was appointed head of the newly created Military Administrative Service.
Instead, his duties in his previous position will be temporarily performed by Vladyslav Haivanenko.
We will remind, in response to the petition to create the Odessa MBA, Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that he had sent letters to Syrsky and Kiper with a request to take appropriate response measures if there are legal grounds.
It was previously reported that Serhiy Lysak, who headed the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, will likely be appointed head of the Odessa City Military Administration .
