A coordinated campaign to incite hatred against Ukrainians has been launched in Poland

The Center for Countering Disinformation has announced a coordinated campaign on Polish social media aimed at Ukrainians. TikTok is spreading false messages about alleged crimes committed by Ukrainians, non-payment for fuel, and possible attacks on Poland.

This was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation.

According to the Central Statistical Office, disinformation posts about Ukrainians are actively being spread in the Polish segment of TikTok. In particular, claims are being spread that:

• Ukrainians allegedly have not paid Polish companies for fuel since 2025;
• Ukrainians are allegedly committing crimes and murders on a massive scale in Poland;
• Ukraine is allegedly planning drone attacks on Poland.

The CPD noted that the mass distribution of such messages is aimed at provoking hatred of Ukrainians, conflicts between Poles and Ukrainians, and destabilizing the domestic political situation in Poland.

Such a campaign serves the interests of Russia, which is conducting disinformation operations in Poland to incite interethnic hatred.

We would like to remind you that the Consulate General of Ukraine in Wroclaw appealed to Polish law enforcement officers to promptly and comprehensively investigate the attack on a Ukrainian couple that occurred in Wroclaw.

Earlier it was reported that a Ukrainian girl and her boyfriend were brutally beaten in a store in Poland. According to the victim’s mother, the reason for the attack was her Ukrainian accent. Both were injured and hospitalized.
