A factory producing batteries for drones, aviation, and the navy was attacked in Russia.

The Russian plant PJSC Energia, which produces batteries for drones, as well as batteries for the Russian aviation and navy, has been attacked again.

This was reported by the Russian Telegram channel Astra.

According to him, this is not the first strike on the plant. Specifically, on July 15, 2025, at least four drones struck the plant. Astra previously reported that at least 12 drones had previously crashed into a facility in the city of Yelets in the Lipetsk region.

Another attack occurred on the night of May 23. As a result of the strike, one of the plant’s workshops caught fire, and nine workers were injured.

The Energia plant specializes in the production of chemical power sources. Its products are widely used in the Russian defense industry, civil aviation, maritime transport, and the energy sector.

As a reminder, on January 1, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Ilsky oil refinery in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai and several important Russian facilities.

As reported, on the night of December 31 , the Ukrainian Defense Forces attacked enemy oil and gas industry facilities on Russian territory.
