A famous Ukrainian football player was mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

A fake story is being spread on social media about the alleged forcible detention and extortion of a bribe from former Dynamo player Denys Garmash. The Kyiv City CCC and SP stated that this is manipulation.

This was reported by the press service of the procurement center.

The CCC explained: the former football player was taken to the Pechersk District CCC only to clarify his data. Garmash had no reservations or deferrals from the draft.

After passing a military medical commission and talking to recruiters, he chose to serve in one of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. There were no complaints about his wrongdoings.

The center emphasized that citizens can contact hotlines to resolve issues. The CCC urges to verify information and not spread fabricated or manipulative messages.

It was previously reported that while the alert group was performing its official duties in the city, an incident occurred: an unknown woman pushed a sergeant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under a car, causing him to sustain a leg injury.
