A “Kadyrovite” involved in the rape of a minor was identified in the Kherson region

National Police investigators have identified another Russian serviceman involved in a war crime against a minor girl in the occupied part of the Kherson region. This is 32-year-old Adam Boysuyev, a serviceman of the “Sever-Akhmat” unit.

This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

According to the investigation, the crime occurred on the evening of March 24, 2024 in one of the occupied settlements of the Kherson region. Boysuev, together with Russian serviceman Mumadi Magomedov, who had previously been declared a suspect, grabbed the girl on the street and forcibly put her in a car.

As law enforcement officials determined, the attackers punched the child in the face, forced her to swallow an unknown pill, and then took turns raping her for several hours.

According to the GUR, Boysuyev is a Russian citizen, a native of Chechnya. He has the military rank of sergeant and the call sign “Khoma”. The investigation established that he was the commander of the detachment of the third special forces group of the second special forces company of the 78th motorized rifle regiment of the special forces “Sever-Akhmat”.

He was charged under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – cruel treatment of civilians committed by a group of persons in a prior conspiracy.

Law enforcement officers qualified the actions of the Russian military as a violation of international humanitarian law, in particular the provisions of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War and Additional Protocol I.

Earlier, another Russian military officer, Mumad Magomedov, known by the call sign “Black”, was declared a suspect in this case. Investigators continue to work to establish all the circumstances of the crime and bring the perpetrators to justice.

As previously reported, law enforcement officers have identified a Russian serviceman suspected of raping an underage girl in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region . He was informed in absentia of suspicion of committing a war crime.
