On Thursday, November 13, a fire broke out at a local oil refinery in the city of Nizhnekamsk, Russia.
This was reported by the OSINT project Exilenova+.
According to analysts, one of the primary oil refining units at the plant is likely on fire.
“The fire is in Industrial Zone-2, near the styrene and polyester resins (SPS) plant – part of the large chemical complex “Nizhnekamskneftekhim,” the report says.
According to the Russian Emergencies Ministry, 32 pieces of equipment and 95 people were involved in extinguishing the fire. In addition, firefighters used 8 gun barrels and a fire foam lift.
The open fire has already been extinguished.
Previously, there were no casualties.
