A Level I warning has been issued, with forecasters warning of strong winds.

The weather in Ukraine on Monday, May 26, will be mixed: some regions are expected to experience rain and cool temperatures, while others will experience true summer warmth.
This was reported by forecasters Natalia Didenko and the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center .
“In the Sumy, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, and Poltava regions, the air will be fresh – only +17 … +19 degrees Celsius during the day,” the weather forecaster noted.
According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, in most western regions the air temperature will fluctuate between +23 and +26 degrees, while in other regions it will be +20 and +24 degrees.
There will be no significant precipitation in the western regions and most of the south of the country.
Meanwhile, rain is possible in the northern and eastern regions. In the evening, precipitation is also forecast for the Zaporizhzhia region and central regions.
“In the Odesa, Mykolaiv, Chernivtsi, and Transcarpathian regions, temperatures are expected to reach 25 to 28 degrees Celsius. In most western regions, temperatures will reach 23 to 26 degrees Celsius. Gusty, sometimes even strong, northwesterly winds will be expected,” noted Natalia Didenko.
Forecasters also note that variable cloudiness is expected in Ukraine on May 26.
Light, short-term rain is possible in places in the northern and eastern regions, as well as in the Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk and Cherkasy regions.
Northwesterly winds will gust at 7-12 m/s. Overnight temperatures will range from 11 to 16 degrees Celsius. Daytime highs will reach 21 to 26 degrees Celsius, with temperatures in Transcarpathia reaching a summer high of 30 degrees Celsius.
The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center is also warning of hazardous meteorological phenomena in the Zakarpattia region. Wind gusts of up to 15–20 m/s are possible there.
Danger level 1 has been declared – yellow.
Weather conditions may complicate the work of energy, construction and utility companies, as well as traffic.
