A missile ship “Karakurt” was hit in Dagestan – General Staff
On the night of May 7, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of important facilities of the Russian occupiers, including a missile ship and control points.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the area of the Kaspiysk base in Dagestan, the Ukrainian military hit a multi-purpose small missile ship of Project 22800 “Karakurt”, which can launch Kalibr cruise missiles. The extent of the damage is currently being determined.
In addition, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck an enemy control point in Sosnivka, Luhansk region, and a drone control point in the Yasne district of Donetsk region.
Ukrainian military also struck an ammunition depot in Kalmykivka and a fuel and lubricants depot in the Smolyanyniv area of Luhansk region.
Separately, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck at enemy manpower concentration sites in the areas of Dersovoye, Donetsk region, and Smilye, Zaporizhia.
It was previously reported that the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez oil refinery in the Perm Krai of Russia, more than 1,500 km from the front line.
As a reminder, on the night of Thursday, April 30, powerful explosions thundered in several regions of Russia against the backdrop of drone activity. In particular, in Perm, a production station that had already been hit earlier could have been under attack.
