A multi-story building in the Rivne region was damaged as a result of a Russian attack, with injuries reported.
The Rivne region suffered a Russian air attack during a massive strike on February 7. Two people were injured. An apartment building was hit.
The head of the Rivne Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Koval, reported this.
“We have damage to residential buildings and critical infrastructure. According to preliminary information, two people were injured,” he reported.
Koval added that a multi-apartment residential building was hit. Details will be released later. All relevant services are on scene.
There are power outages in the region and problems with water supply.
The remaining life support services are operating as usual.
“I held an urgent meeting of the regional Energy and Emergency Situations Committee. I gave a number of instructions to community leaders. In particular, to utilize all possible alternative power sources,” added Alexander Koval.
As a reminder, on the night of February 7, Russian troops launched attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure facilities, specifically substations, overhead power lines, and the Burshtyn and Dobrotvir thermal power plants.
