A new deferment from mobilization has appeared in “Reserve+”

Ukrainian men who have three or more minor children can now apply for a deferment from mobilization through the “Reserve+” application.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

The service is available to conscripts who have at least three children under the age of 18 born in Ukraine. Children can be born in the same or different marriages or out of wedlock – this does not affect the right to receive a deferral.

At the same time, the person must not have arrears in alimony payments or the amount of the debt must not exceed three months’ payments. Data on the full name, date of birth and RNOKPP must be correctly entered into state registers.

The mechanism works automatically. The user submits a request in the application, the system checks the grounds through state registers, and after the status is confirmed, information about the deferment appears in the electronic military registration document. The process takes from a few minutes to a few hours.

The Ministry of Defense notes that in the event of outdated data or significant arrears in alimony, the system will refuse to grant a deferral until the violations are eliminated.
