A new threat from the sky: “Shahed” carries two FPVs at once

The Russian army has begun using Shahed kamikaze drones as carriers for FPV drones.
This was reported by Advisor to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Serhiy Beskrestnov, call sign “Flash”.
He recalled that he had previously warned about a dangerous trend — the emergence of factory mounts for transporting FPV drones on Molniya and Gerber drones. According to him, at the time it looked like an alarm signal, but now there are the first confirmed facts of using such tactics on Shaheds.
“Today I have the first video confirmation of the transfer of FPV to the Shahed. I already know that the Shahed is carrying two FPVs,” Beskrestnov noted.
Against this background, he called on anti-aircraft drone crews and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to take into account new risks and be especially careful when detecting and hitting such targets.
As a reminder, Russia is modernizing its drone tactics in the war against Ukraine. The Gerber UAV was first used as a carrier of an FPV drone.
As reported, on January 15, the fact of Russian troops controlling a BM-35 attack drone via the Starlink system was recorded for the first time.
