A powerful magnetic storm has hit Earth: when to expect relief

On Wednesday, April 1, a powerful red-level magnetic storm (K-index 5) hit Earth due to a coronal mass ejection.

This is evidenced by Meteoagent data.

According to the British Geological Survey, an X1.4 solar flare occurred yesterday. While most of the emissions are likely to miss Earth, there is a possibility of severe storm conditions – up to STORM G3 levels.

To reduce the impact of a magnetic storm, it is recommended to drink more water and herbal tea, avoid coffee and alcohol, eat light meals, walk more outdoors, get enough sleep, and be less nervous.
