A powerful magnetic storm is approaching Earth: dates announced

The Sun has become very active over the past few days. Scientists have recorded several powerful flares at once. Some of them are likely to affect Earth in the near future.
This was reported by specialists from the British Geological Survey and the Space Weather Prediction Center of the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

Experts believe the Sun is experiencing a coronal mass ejection, a powerful stream of charged particles. If it did, it could reach Earth as early as April 29.
In addition, a so-called coronal hole is forming in the southern part of the Sun — another source of solar wind that could also affect our planet on April 29–30.
According to forecasts, the magnetic storm will begin on April 29 at the G1 level (green level), and on April 30 it may intensify to the yellow or even red level.
During such storms, there may be minor disruptions to communications, navigation, and power systems. Some people may experience a worsening of their well-being, such as headaches, fatigue, or blood pressure changes.
However, on such days, the chance of seeing the aurora increases even where it is usually rare.
Experts advise not to overexert yourself during this period, to rest more, and to monitor forecast updates.
