A powerful magnetic storm is approaching Earth: when will it start and when will it subside?

The Earth will be covered by a G1-level magnetic storm in the coming days. Geomagnetic activity will increase on September 23–24 due to the flow of solar wind from a coronal hole on the Sun.
This is evidenced by the forecast of the British Geological Survey.
The storm is not expected to last long: geomagnetic activity should decrease by September 25 .
According to the forecast, on September 24, the K-index could rise to 5.3, which corresponds to the level of a magnetic storm. On September 25, the indicator should drop to 3.7.
Magnetic storms primarily affect the Earth’s environment and can interfere with satellite communications, navigation, and radio signals. However, some people report feeling unwell during periods of geomagnetic activity, including headaches, weakness, drowsiness, or dizziness. Scientific evidence regarding the direct effects of magnetic storms on human well-being remains mixed.
How to take care of yourself
On days of increased geomagnetic activity, it is worth sticking to your usual daily routine. In particular:
get enough sleep and don’t overwork yourself;
drink enough water;
walk more in the fresh air;
do not abuse alcohol and caffeine;
eat regularly and do not overeat;
If possible, avoid excessive physical and emotional stress.
It is important for people with chronic illnesses to continue taking their medications as prescribed by their doctor and to focus primarily on their own well-being, not just on the forecast of magnetic storms. If severe chest pain, severe shortness of breath, loss of consciousness, or other serious symptoms occur, it is worth seeking medical attention.
