On January 6, the Earth was hit by a powerful Kp-6 magnetic storm caused by increased solar activity. Due to a series of flares on the Sun, geomagnetic oscillations have sharply intensified and may affect people’s well-being for several days.
This is reported by NOAA.
According to international solar activity monitoring centers, the most intense phase of the storm occurred at night. On the morning of January 6, the geomagnetic activity index reached the Kp-6 level, which corresponds to a strong magnetic storm.
Experts note that such storms often develop in waves – with short periods of weakening and repeated surges. At this time, people are more likely to complain of headaches, fatigue, dizziness and pressure drops, especially weather-related ones.
