A Russian drone hit an electric locomotive in the Dnipropetrovsk region: what is known
Russian troops attacked an electric locomotive in the Dnipropetrovsk region with a drone on the evening of June 30. Thanks to timely warning, the locomotive crew managed to take cover, so there were no casualties.
This is reported by Ukrzaliznytsia.
According to the company, the monitoring group detected the air threat in advance and warned the locomotive crew. After that, the train was promptly stopped, and the workers went to shelter.
Experts are currently determining the extent of damage to the electric locomotive.
Ukrzaliznytsia also warned that delays and changes to the schedule of individual suburban trains are possible due to the attack.
As previously reported, Russian forces launched a massive airstrike on Zaporizhia on the evening of June 30 , dropping seven guided bombs on the city. The attack killed two people and injured 15 others.
As a reminder, Russian troops struck Sumy with four guided bombs on June 30. As a result of the attack, 11 civilians were injured.
