A strong magnetic storm will cover the Earth: what doctors advise

On Friday, May 15, the Earth will be covered by a powerful red-level magnetic storm. According to experts, geomagnetic activity will reach a K-index of 5.7 points, which corresponds to a strong storm.
This is evidenced by data from the Meteoagent service, which generates forecasts based on NOAA, TESIS satellite systems, and international scientific laboratories.
Experts warn that the magnetic storm may continue until May 16. During this period, weather-dependent people may experience a deterioration in their well-being. Most often, this includes headaches, fatigue, insomnia, dizziness, and blood pressure fluctuations.
People with cardiovascular diseases are advised to be especially attentive to their health.
In addition to affecting well-being, magnetic storms can cause minor disruptions in satellite communications and navigation systems.
Experts recommend getting more rest these days, drinking enough water, avoiding overwork, and limiting alcohol and coffee consumption.
At the same time, scientists emphasize that the solar activity forecast may change, as the data is updated every three hours.
