A triple accident occurred in Kharkiv: many people were injured

Today, August 23, a triple traffic accident occurred in Kharkiv – a Toyota car, a trolleybus, and a bus collided.

This was reported to the Kharkiv region police.

Six public transport passengers were injured in the accident, including a 16-year-old girl. It is also known that the driver and passenger of the car were injured. The injured were taken to the hospital.

An investigative and operational group and patrol police officers are working at the scene of the accident. Investigators are deciding whether to enter information about the incident into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations.

All circumstances of the incident are being investigated.

As a reminder, the Cabinet of Ministers supported the bill on the creation of the National Bureau for the Investigation of Transport Accidents . The new body should become an independent institution that will conduct objective and professional investigations of incidents in all modes of transport.
