A working group has been created in Ukraine to restore airport operations

The Ukrainian government has created a working group to prepare for the resumption of airport operations .

This is reported by RBC- Ukraine , citing a decree of the Ministry of Community, Territorial and Infrastructure Development .

The document states that the working group will prepare for the launch of airports after the opening of airspace .

The Ministry of Development clarified that the skies over Ukraine remain closed due to the security situation. At the same time, one of the authorities’ priorities remains preserving airport infrastructure in order to resume flights immediately after security conditions improve .

The working group will coordinate actions between various agencies to create conditions for the safe resumption of air traffic.

Experts should also develop a plan for the phased restoration of airport operations .

Special attention will be paid to the protection of aviation infrastructure and the safety of civil aviation both during martial law and after its end .
