Air defense forces neutralized 127 of 136 Russian drones on the night of March 3.

On the night of March 3, Russia attacked Ukraine with 136 attack drones. Air defense forces destroyed most of the targets.

The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this.

According to military data, the drones were launched from Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, and Gvardeyskoye in temporarily occupied Crimea. About 80 of them were Shahed-class attack UAVs.

As of 9:00 a.m., air defense forces neutralized 127 Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas and other types of drones in the north, south and east of the country.

Five strike drones were recorded at three locations. Debris from downed UAVs fell at three more.

Consequences of the attack

Oleg Kiper, Chairman of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, reported that the Odesa region came under attack overnight. Port and transport infrastructure, including a dry cargo warehouse and shipping containers, were damaged, and windows in administrative buildings were shattered. There were no initial reports of casualties.

On the morning of March 3, a UAV wreck was also recorded in the Poltava region. According to the Special Air Service, four people sustained moderate injuries.
